Looking at Travel Trailers today. What is a fair discount from MSRP?

I just checked a local jayco dealers website and compared it to the dealer cost website. They have 2014 jay flights with 2015 msrp so they are adding about 4k to the price. Then knocking 6k off to make it look good when in reality they were only about 2k off of msrp. Something to watch for when buying a new unit.
