Saw this at Costco in Washington state... It was an older single axle trailer. What do you think? Sorry I didn't get more photos. Was in a hurry.

Glad to see this come to resolution (although it had been in my mind from the minute the OP posted his observation). It's maddening that folks that can't be tolerated in real life have a platform on the internet.
