Pro Series Weight Distribution - PS49902 question!

Dealer is saying he will include this with purchase of North Trail 28 BRS...will this suffice? I see it retails for $250 so I'm guessing not top of the line, but if it does the job I don't really care...

Thanks for replies... I have never used a wdh or sway bar(old camper was 16ft)...so I really have no idea on how to even use the wdh....I just assumed that since the price was cheaper than most others I have researched that it may not be what I want for a 32' TT that weighs 5180 dry.
