Get in touch with Patrick Industries. They will send you a new iRV 33, 34 or 66 with a return shipping label to send your old one back. They will need credit card info in case you don't return your old unit, but they don't put a hold on funds. Just get the bad iRV 66 back to them within 30 days. Patrick Industries offers great customer support and I am sure you will agree.
