Problem with new trailer, or is it the grandson?

Hinged folding ladder with removable pins on the bottom feet to allow it to fold in half. It locks in the folded position.

It's a TC design to allow access to the generator compartment at the same time, deter raccoons and 8 year olds from climbing up onto the roof.
