Problems during recent trip
Just returned from a 2-month camping trip from South Florida up through the mid-western states in our 8-month old Denali 325RL.
About two weeks into the trip, the AC unit would only cool to about 5 degrees below the outside temperature. Because we didn't spend much time indoors during the trip, the nights were acceptable.
About the same time, the black water valve stuck about 99% closed so we had to use lots of campground facilities.
And we had 3 blowouts. Discovered that our camper had 4 Load Range D tires to support a GVWR of 11,176 lbs. Poor quality tires operating at their maximum designed capacity in 90 plus temperatures was a disaster. I replaced the first two with Load Range E's and will replace the others before we go back out.
I'm having to deal with the tire manufacture directly and do not expect to get back much of the $706 spent on blowouts.
I have an appointment for the dealer to replace the AC unit and black water valve.
