And to be fair, yes it’s an option. But like scoob pointed out, not a great option as a matter of course or for someone who’s struggling in the first place with the hitch in general.
It’s like recommending someone use a hi lift jack. If they have to ask, they probably shouldn’t be using a hi lift jack.
