I use the quart size (out of can) Do a good job of cleaning area to be applied. I use a cheap brush and find about 1/2 hour after that to sticky to apply or move around. Also have used a Q-tip in tight areas no problem. My only problem with pro flex is when you have to remove. What a job!!!
