Programming Wireless Atwood Remote Control

During the storm last Friday in Oklahoma City area, my wireless remote went on the blink. Even with the wire attached, not all the buttons and functions would work.

I was parked in a hotel parking lot to ride out the storm and decided to put my jacks down to stabilize the camper. It was rocking a lot from the 50 mph gusts.

The green light for the jacks would light, but I could not switch to the amber light for the slideout. The left front jack would retract but not extend. All other buttons and functions worked wireless or wired.

Eventually, even the green light would not come on, but the jack controls would all work except for extending the left front or operating the slide-out.

I ordered a replacement remote control and it arrived today.

Here are the steps to program the remote:

1. Push the Wake button on the panel inside the TC
2. Push the Power On button on the remote
3. Push and Hold the Wake button for 10 seconds and the Red light will begin to flash on/off rapidly.
4. Push a jack control button, listen for feedback, and you should be all done.
5. Test all functions.

Worked for me!
