Project "Replace Pressure Release Valve" was a complete fail

This may end up having to be a project for the pros - it. will. not. budge! And then this happened... I even purchased the valve removal tool but I'm afraid this thing hasn't moved in 15 years. I will...

try crc freeze-off. Its a penetrating oil with some "extra stuff" that basically cools causing the rust to fracture. People have had good successful in auto area for things like O2 sensor removal. I think advanceauto carries the stuff... along with amazon.
