I just have to ask if you feel the quality of the Wildwood is equal to that of the Prolite? That is Forest River's entry line. We have experience with the Salem, one of their other entry line models. As far as weight less is better but my concern would be the quality. Look at the what the frame is made of, how much OSB (strand board is used), quality of appliances, things like that. What about the roof material? Check the joining at the seams on the outside and look at whether the unit was put together in a "sloppy" way as in things not aligning, etc.
I have not seen the Prolite other than online but was impressed with the light weight and floor plans.
