I have to agree.
First off, I'm sure it isn't a CO2 detector and doubt that it is a CO detector. Most likely LPG.
First thing I would do is put a manometer on the LPG system and do a leak down test. I don't understand why when an alarm activates some people assume the alarm is defective.
If it is simply an occasional beep and not a blaring alarm, it is probably low voltage.
