I had bought a 2011 Jayco TT new and the propane/CO2 detector started that nonsense after 3 months. It was replaced under warranty w/o further problems. I traded it for a 2012 Jayco fifth wheel that was also new. After 3 months...same thing. Replaced under warranty again but this time I added a rocker switch to kill it if it happened again in the middle of the night so I didn't have to fumble around trying to find the fuse or remove it to pull a wire. In both cases I checked everything for propane leaks, it was the propane side that was going off in both cases, and the expiration date on both was four years in the future. Who knows why.
