Propane and electric at the same time? Hot water heater??
We are at a full hookup, we have a few people going to take showers. What is the general consensus of running eclectic and propane to boost the recovery time of the hot water? Thanks

I have a Suburban, it said right on their website that it is ok to use both. Remember to always have water in it. Electric element will burn out very fast if turned on with no water in it. Also, depending on the campground's shore power, and how much you are using - microwave and/or air conditioner - you might trip a breaker. Turning off electric element on the water heater is a great way to reduce some power consumption and manage your needs.
