propane tank valve stuck
Anyone have success in opening a stuck valve on a propane tank? I recently discovered the valve has never been opened. It's too late for warranty. Now i need to replace or get it fixed. Thanks!

Are you sure valve is closed and not fully open?
Take cylinder to a bulk/retail propane store (not a u-haul, service station, place that refills etc.) but a place like Ferrel Gas, AmeriGas, Suburban Gas, etc.
They do propane, they know propane, they will correct issue - A towel and some plumbers vice grips? I'm assuming it a full tank?
You could always take it in for an exchange!
