It is not the tension on the WD bars that can cause problems.
The Hensley and PP hitches put terrific horizontal (left,right) stresses on the receiver while a normal hitch only puts vertical stresses on the receiver.

I'm not sure I understand the cause of the left / right forces other than what is caused by the hitch preventing sway. The TT will follow the TV with no lateral forces.
Can you point me to more information about the left / right forces with the Propride and Hensley?
