I want to add something about propride's service . First let me say , I bought my propride used . I didnt get it from Sean . I was installing mine on Fathers day. I am reading the directions and I was stumped on 1 part . I looked at the directions and on the second page was the normal thanks for buying etc etc , but at the bottom was Sean's name and his cell phone number. Ok I think to myself , I am going to get some answering machine and I may get a call back in a week or 2 . ( I dont know anybody in business that puts their cell number out for the public)
Well Sean ACTUALLY answered the phone , on Fathers day , while he was out of town , I couldnt believe it , certainly didnt expect it . He walked me thru the problem , we talked a bit more about the hitch and things in general . He basically said , you have a problem with the hitch , call , not a problem . I told him I got it used , He says he stands behind his product . Now I am towing with it the first time this weekend , if it performs 1/2 as good as the customer service I received I will be more than pleased .
