Pros:
Less expensive compared to a MH
Less expensive to maintain
Less expensive to register
Don't even need to insure if you don't want to
Once set up at camp, it's easier to get around with your TV
Once set up at camp, you don't have to break camp each time you want to go somewhere
Cons:
None for us!
