I've been a Garmin user for years and they seem to offer a pretty good product. But they don't really have a product just for RVs. They have two trucker GPSs which allow specification of height/weight but then you get extra features that are not needed/wanted for an RV use.
I have an "automobile" Garmin in the RV and have been quite pleased with it. However, I run the 4-lane interstates where I have no worry about height and weight restrictions.
