They are a heavier tire than your previous Ds, so inflating them to less than they are designed for will cause them to run hotter, and not turn as freely as at 80 psi, so no advantage to the upgrade.
I'd try full 80 psi first, then if that seems overly harsh, lower to 75. The charts show the minimum psi required for a given weight, reason why most go above that. Actual TE experts say add 10% minimum to chart minimum, but then say 20% is better, and best of all with ST tires, full sidewall psi, if you did not go way beyond the actual tires needed, such as changing from Ds to Gs.
