Pull through tight spot please help

Hey guys new to the forum and new to the TT world i just picked up a jayco 31rl that i HAVE to store in this area pictured, ive made the drawing as close to accurate as possible i also need to PULL the trailer in cant back it into the spot...
so far my options are pull it in with my truck which is the cheapest method but not entirely certain its possible.
second option is to rent a forklift that comes at a steep $250
third option would be to purchase a trailer dolly running somewhere around $1500
i made this diagram hoping some one who has been doing this for a while could help me out it would be greatly appreciated!
