Pulled the trigger today. . .

. . . on a new tow vehicle. 2002 Ford Excursion Limited. V-10, 4.10 rear, 2WD. It's a southern cream puff with 140,000 miles and not a speck of rust. Going to need ball joints and a front wheel bearing but it's good to go! Has new plugs, coils, breaks, alternator and battery.

    Congratulations on your new rig. You'll like that V10, it's a real workhorse. I had one in my 99 F-250 pulling a 5 th wheel. It never let me down.

    I took first long trip with my v10 and it did great. Strong and quiet. You'll enjoy it. Happy camping

    Sounds like a very nice truck, congrats! :)

    I always liked the Excursion. My neighbor has an '02 4wd with the 7.3 diesel. I drool when I go by his house!

    Congrats on the V10 EX! It will serve you well!

    I miss my V10 in my old f350...really good manners as an unloaded vehicle and a heck of a towing motor. I've been really considering a V10 excursion. Great Truck!!!

    Congratulations! That's a great workhorse and one that's not seen much anymore in mint condition.
