Pulling a 7500# Travel Trailer
I am looking to buy a TT that is 7500#. I have a 2010 f150 with 5.4liter, 3.55, and 145"WB. I am rated up to 9600#. I am wondering if this 7500# TT is to much weight to be pulled by my 2010 f-1...

Was towing with a power modded 99 Tahoe 1/2 ton with airbags. Pretty stable but random sway at certain times. Even upgraded brakes were weak, truck could do it but it was maxed out. This was a 7000 loaded trailer. Two hands on the wheel and comfort level was low.
Switched to a 2000 F350 dually crew cab long bed 7.3 diesel and now all I want to do is tow stuff!!
I could throw the anti sway friction bar away and not even notice, never even a thought of being under powered, under braked or pushed around.
Now one hand on the wheel, AC on, listen to some tunes and get there not so tired.
Go big with the truck, or small with the TT.
