You're right, a big trailer. So before others ask, what are you towing with and the specs? It's always the next question. It's my understanding, which is not always 100% accurate, that both are now Forest River companies. Both our 23SS ROO hybrid and now our Rockwood 2604 have both been FR and no complaints. We've been pleased with the fit and finish of both. No issues.
Assuming your have plenty beefy enough tow vehicle and have allowed about 1000# wiggle room, that is one of those things that only you and your family can decide which one fits your needs the best. I don't recall any negative things with either brand. Happy Camping!
