The diesel nozzle is larger than the gasoline nozzle. It helps people from putting diesel into their gas tank. I always thought that diesel color coding was green until I went out west. I think I saw yellow color on the diesel nozzle.
I always double check when filling the diesel truck because that is just the kind of thing I would do!
