I find it very simple "READ the Label" before pumping
Sure sounds easy.... Sure sounds simple...I have a 2013 F-150 with a 5.0 and a 2015 F-350 with the 6.7 diese.. It does sound easy enough to prevent , but I am nervous EACH AND EVERY fuel stop...... Accidents do happen ...
Absolutely right with that attitude you might just get bit. I came close once when someone was talking with me at the pump. I always smell the nozzle. Someone suggested that here and works great.
I did not mean it to be sarcastic, you pickup the wrong nozzle you still need to push the button for your fuel choice; get the gas hose and push the diesel button, nothing should come out or vice versa, correct? Learned a long time ago about talking to people while doing critical things like hitching and unhitching, cost me a bent tailgate; so yes I have been bit before.
