I can't find the thread, but it ended up costing the insurance company about $17K if I remember correctly. They basically had to go in and replace everything from the tank forward.
I was actually able to go back and find the thread, and I was mistaken. He accidentally put DEF in the fuel tank and it ended up costing about $12K to get everything replaced. Apparently DEF can crystalize in the fuel system.
