I was actually able to go back and find the thread, and I was mistaken. He accidentally put DEF in the fuel tank and it ended up costing about $12K to get everything replaced. Apparently DEF can crystalize in the fuel system.
Yep, that was me. It was less than 2 cups of DEF. Thanks for bringing that memory back... :(
