That's what I do. The TT is already winterized, but I will take DS on several one-nighters this winter, just like the previous two winters. One loop in one of our local state parks stays open all winter, so we always can get a site. These sites have water and electric, so it isn't completely dry camping. I don't connect to the water, as I don't want to have to re-winterize, but I do connect to the electric.
I take a couple gallons of water for coffee, flushing the toilet, etc. When I get home, I just drain the black tank and pour in a little more AF. We only use it for #1, so I don't worry about flushing it out.
We do have our limits though. Our winters are fairly mild here, but I limit the night time lows to around 25. If the next day is going to warm up into the high 30s, low 40s, we will go. DS loves it, and I enjoy being outside with him and seeing him happy.
