I got fed up with delays and excuses from Rickson and I leave for a long road trip in two days so I canceled and had Les Schwab in Livermore order me 4 19.5 Vision rims and TOYO m143s in 245/70R195 90...

Do the math! Weigh your rig, rear axle and then you'll have a much better idea if you need them or not. I know several on the forum who aren't near the weight requirements but like the safety margin and reduced sway the 19.5's give them.
When I FULLY loaded my TC I was a couple hundred pounds over my E rated tires. The truck "seems" to ride and handle just fine with my E rated tires and I haven't had any problems....yet and I could ask my wife not to load as much :B. I decided not to wait for a possible blowout and have my 19.5's on order.
