I'd put Hankook DH-01s up against anything other than a full mud tire. It is very possible to get high traction 19.5s. Certainly, they beat the normal OEM tires found on new trucks for anything other than a situation that requires airing down.
I had no issues with traction with my previous srw with 245/70 size loaded or unloaded in some pretty slick Montana mud which is as slick as any clay I ever saw in the South. Going to ski areas all over the Northwest in snow/ice were also not a problem.
Btw, the purpose of any tire is to hold the weight, first.
