put my 19.5s on today

For tires, search 245/70R19.5 to bring up choices. I chose the LRH 16-ply versions to get the stiffest side wall when shopping.

Tires are common as many medium duty trucks run 19.5's.

Exactly. I wouldn't be able to clear a 265 without longer control arms and a lift, not exactly the towing route IMHO.

I like the narrower tire, and always have. My winter/hunting tires are a 255/80R17.

can you get tires any wider? those look so skinny in the pics.

The one area where my tires like to grab is on the edge of the road along the shoulder. They will grab that edge and sometimes its quite unnerving.

This is my 05. Looks to me like they stick out more on a 2nd gen, even with the fender flares.

I agree dadwolf2 they look like there tucked in more on his Ford than on my 99’ Ram. I looked at a set of Vision 19.5's on a 03’ Ram and they were even more outriggered looking.
