I take the rolling condo approach to camping. My RV has all the amenities of home including beds! Sleeping on the floor is too much like roughing it.
Honestly nothing wrong with it if that is your decision but it is not for me.
Kids = bunkhouse.
A bunk house gives the kids a bed and a place/space to call their own. Without a dedicated space there is too much confusion for me.
Set up,take down,step over,roll up,quiet there sleeping, wait they're not up yet,............Ugh not for me.
