That's likely one of the differences that will separate opinions on this thread. Our approach is not the "rolling condo". We are campers. We've spent 80% of our nights at spots without utilities. Our philosophy has been, it's better than those times in a tent in the rain. Now see...I've talked myself right out of the need to upsize. :)
