Seems Lance truck camper is losing its quality control. Mass produce and ship them out. Let the customer handle it. Or are they making units that are seconds?

Welcome to the world of RVs. Ask any salesman: "Is the first question you get from a prospective customer on quality or price?". They are supplying what the market is asking for.
One thing to remember on an internet forum: quality is subjective, everyone is going to have a different assessment, even of exactly the same product. Good for one, bad for another - it just depends on your expectations. I keep my expectations in the RV world very, very low, and I am occasionally surprised on the upside. But not often.
