Below link Outdoors MFG is in Oregon. Buying near home is not a bad idea, especially if you have recurring problems, post warranty repairs are possible.
The mfg will often bring it back to their facility for you , rather than farm it out to some out of network dealer who has to be willing to accept the lower labor rate that is offered to them.

plus, I agree with 3 oaks re QC . The ideas are in place but something is often lacking. :h
Sometimes I think offering good customer service to make a repair is a marketing tool. IMO, good quality control would need less customer service. I would rather they take the time to do it right and NOT bring us back to fix it. That's worth bragging about .
There is good and bad in every make/ model. If you find good quality control in any business, I would choose it. :)
