Hi soos , if you do plan to use storm windows, i do not think they make one for the emergency push out window . It would defeat the purpose and the handles are in the way .
I made my own using solid foam insulation with a cut-out and clear heat shrink, its held in place by pressure, so it just pops off in case of emergency.
Been using it for a few years now, it works very well and its inexpensive and easy to make.
