They definitely do make emergency push out windows in double pane, as that is what we have purchased for our flatbed camper build. Perhaps you guys are referring to something more than double pane insulated windows though?

I was thinking the OP was asking 'storm windows' the ones that use clips to hold a second pane in place. I have never seen that type in a single pane emergency push out window.
'Soos' was asking about storm windows, I assumed they didn't have dual pane.
I have single pane and had to do a fabrication .
