Thanks so everyone for the fantastic insights. Yes, I had a feeling it was a combination of the length/gauge of my wiring - but perhaps I didn't want to believe it. I'm not a fan of pointing fingers, but I did talk to the dealership at length before they installed the wiring, and I'm surprised they didn't at least talk through some of the potential issues I'd be experiencing. Although, maybe it's not fair of me to expect them to understand the nuances of wiring batteries/inverters to this degree. Still, all of your advice/thoughts are well taken, and I truly appreciate it. While a larger capacity inverter would certainly come in handy when I'm boondocking, I suppose there are other ways to make coffee, etc. without trying to jump through so many hoops.
