Question about electric tongue jack installation

My new tongue jack came today and I have a question. I gather that I have to prop up the camper at the a-frame in order to get the old manual jack off and get the new electric one installed. I have so...

Cinder blocks are incredibly strong. They hold up houses! I would make sure they are oriented the right way (hollow side vertical). Also, maybe place a 2x6 across the clock to keep it from scratching the frame.
