In NJ you don't have to insure a camper for liability if it isn't motorized. We do, because otherwise it isn't covered for collision or comp. By the way, I don't have Geico, but can't stand the company! My son was rear-ended by someone with Geico, and while they found absolutely no fault with him in the collision, didn't cover the damage because the car that hit the car that hit him took off. Also, my neighbor backed into my legally parked car (she had Geico) and it took months for them to pay off even though it was obviously her fault and the police report said the accident was caused by her improper backing up and her inattentive driving. They can keep their lizard!
