You guys with worn seat issues, some 3rd Gen Dodge owners are replacing their seats including console, with ones out of 4th Gen purchased from salvage yards. I have also seen them offered on ebay. Some have also switched out the back seat.
I just bought an exceptionally clean one owner 2004.5 5.9L CCSB with 137K. It was a local (S. AZ) vehicle, so no corrosion whatsoever. The seats are still in very good condition, but I'm not crazy about them, comfort-wise, so am planning to buy fronts with console out of a 4th Gen and change mine out next winter. Mine are in such good condition I will sell them after the switch out.

BTW, awesome truck. We just did an 1100 mile trip, towing in varied conditions. No issues whatsoever. What a torque monster. We plan to keep this truck a very very long time.
