Check your slide umbilical cord as they will wiggle loose from the operation of the slide. Our 811 did the same in regards to a inoperable heater, took a while to figure it out. I have to lay on my back slide mostly in and feet towards the bed and contort some more to wiggle it back in, it is the same style plug as the cab plug in.
