Sorry guys guess I was a bit vague on some it. I'm not exactly sure on which furnace I have as I can't find a model number but the book I got has models NT-24SP, NT-30SP, NT-34SP, NT-12S, NT-16S, NT-20S, so I'm guessing it has to be one of those. I have checked most of the electrical connections that I can find. The pilot will not light and I don't see any webs or anything blocking the way. 2manydogs I will see if I can find where you are talking about. Do you have the slide in or out when doing this?
