Sorry guys guess I was a bit vague on some it. I'm not exactly sure on which furnace I have as I can't find a model number but the book I got has models NT-24SP, NT-30SP, NT-34SP, NT-12S, NT-16S, NT-20S, so I'm guessing it has to be one of those. I have checked most of the electrical connections that I can find. The pilot will not light and I don't see any webs or anything blocking the way. 2manydogs I will see if I can find where you are talking about. Do you have the slide in or out when doing this? Thanks guys for all the help.
Those are suburban models . if I remember correctly,my 860 had a 25k btu which I think might be the NT 24 I think the numbers relate to btu's for the most part.
As I find things, ill forward them to you. I never had a furnace problem like yours, so im of little help to offer a positive fix .
The furnace is built into the slideout which moves in/out . That cord supply has to be checked. Maybe try to remove dinette cushion to view the rear of it ?
