Thanks for your reply. I already have discussed the situation with Sean. I explained the issue to him and sent him photos. He said he could not see anything wrong with the hitch. Unfortunately, my TT dealer and the TT alignment shop are not very familiar with the hitch. So, they are of little, to no help. I don't know what else to do at this point other than live with it or buy another brand of hitch.
