Quick Update for those who may be interested... I spoke to Sean at ProPride over the phone last week regarding the issues I'm having with my 3P hitch. Sean thinks I may have a bent link and offered to inspect and make the necessary repairs to the main hitch unit. He said he'll replace it if it can't be repaired.
I am happy that Sean offered to help me and hopefully this will take care of the issues. I will be sending the main hitch unit to him soon and will post an update after I receive it, reinstall it and take it out for a test drive.
