I'm assuming that you're using the same hose both inside and outside. Did you verify that the stove still works inside? Check the inlets/outlets to make sure they are clear of debris.
I had that problem with my nearly-worthless RVQue grill. I couldn't get enough propane to cook anything; just a flicker of flame. Turns out that the inlet sets a little lower than the bottom of the grill. Setting it down on the ground filled the inlet with dirt. Once I cleaned the inlet fitting the grill worked much better.
