- stevemorrisExplorernever heard of them till now, I always thought it odd that we don't use pintle couplers, plenty of them in the trucking industry
- _1nobbyExplorerNeat gadget. I ALWAYS connect the trailer by myself.
The only real draw back is the cutting off of the original coupler and the welding of the new mount.
Now, I can do it but it would be an undertaking / cost for others.
I didn't check the weight / G-force rating? - rexlionExplorerI'm thinking about my cargo trailer, which has a 3" straight channel. That version of the QuickBite is just a bolt-on part, no welding.
It's supposed to be 10,000 lb rated. - boosTTExplorerI've never heard of it until now.

Does anyone here have a QuickBite coupler installed on their trailer? If so, do you like it? Have you noticed any big disadvantages or problems?
Thanks in advance.
N/A for 99% of any RV since the QuickBite is not made for 2 5/16" balls.
Larry - drsteveExplorerNot sure why it'd be necessary...
