Thanks for the replies. Considering it seems well built I am considering restoring it and putting it back into use. - GMandJMExplorerVIN numbers are there, but probably hard to see. Look on the tongue. There might actually be two places where the vin is stamped and/or plated and you might have to wire brush it a bit to see it.
Shasta used to put those "eagle levels" on their campers, I think.
